Any questions?

In celebration of almost 2 years writing the 3 month thesis blog, I’m throwing it open for your questions.

What do you struggle with? Procrastination? Perfectionism? Time management?

Does the literature seem overwhelming?

Do you have problems with your supervisor?

Or are you just struggling to know where to start?

Whatever you want to know, drop me an email at james@3monththesis.com with the subject line “any questions”, or leave a comment below.

Just one thing… I’m going to reply publicly on the blog, because the chances are there are thousands of other people with similar issues.

So if you want to stay anonymous, just sign your email with “Anon” or some other pseudonym.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

  1. This question is not entirely related to the thesis part of the PhD but still pretty important: What are some tips for getting a good postdoc after finishing? And when should you start really looking into getting one? I’m still trying to finish my thesis (I have half an experiment left and am trying to write up the rest) but I’m finding it hard not to concentrate a lot of my time on job searching!

    Thanks :)
